Alright, so a couple of things, lets start out with the small ones, the GameTracker profiles, you have kept the actual links from the application form, which confused me a bit, after you had already put your actual link, to fix that you should just do a quick edit and put:
"Server 2 - www.gametracker.com/player/JinxerJames/94.23.19.200:27025/"
I can also see you haven't played on server 1, which would be pretty essential that you did, since it is the main SSRP server.

Also, it would be nice if you explained the scenarios and rules a bit better, it seems rushed, and a bit messy.
I have seen you on the server, and also helped you out multiple times, so I know that you know the rules, and it would be sad to see you get denied by you having a shotty explanation of them in your application.
