From what I've seen here is that you've put in a well written application which shows that you've put some thought in. Your eagerness and passion to become DR staff is good because it shows that you want the rank.

However, your gametime is extremely low from a moderator perspective because you need at least 6 hours a week to become a moderator for the DR servers. In addition, the attitude you've showed to other staff members is disgraceful, which could cause some conflicts when trying to communicate with other staff.

So my advice, is to improve gametime and be careful with the way you speak to staff.
