How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
Firstly I would ask them to stop being disrespectful towards the player. If they continue to disrespect the player I would gag/mute them for a short time. After that if he continues still to be disrespectful I would leave them gaged/muted and tell them that they need to think about not being disrespectful next time they get on. If it is a player that is known for being very disrespectful I would warn him, if he continues gag/mute him for a short time, and the third warning would be a kick as that type of behavior is not needed on the server. It may vary depending on the severity of the offense and the player but for the most part that is how I would handle it.

Why I should be chosen:
I should be chosen because I would make a good, dedicated, and mature staff member. I have plenty of experience with being staff on various servers and know how to handle myself, and other players as a respectable staff member. I would make the server enjoyable to play on as I have an enjoyable personality (when I'm in a good mood which is pretty much always) and I will help to keep the players following the servers rules and play in a respectful manner. Although my game time is not the highest at the moment I am looking to be very active on the servers and you can see that it will improve every day.
