How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: At first I would tell him to stop and then if he carries on i will warn him and then at a later time kick him if he does it even more, and If I caught him again doing the same thing I would either gag him or mute him for the rest of that map.

Why I should be chosen: I should be chosen because I am a very friendly person on the server and I have never been warned or punished in any way, I would love to help out with the server because of this and to keep bad people away also I never abuse what you would give to me. I have seen so many moderators and some are my friends and they have become admins now and so I have seen their responsibilities go up and up. I would like to join them on this and keep the servers clear from annoying players. Usually im on at other times where there aren't any moderators or admins and so there are so many annoying people on this.
