Here are a few points of feedback;

*I think you meant "In character information within the Out Of Character chat"

*New life rule still applies to players who die in spawn, it says in the MOTD the player must leave the area immediately.
This is not the right answer to this question. The issue is "Player X" has called for help in "OOC" which is not meant for In-Game information.

I would finally like to suggest you stop capitalising the first letter of every word.
