Pretty much the main reason you said you should get promoted was so that you could handle rule breakers better. Moderators have all the necessary tools to handle any situation without needing help from an admin. The only time you should need help from and admin for things you do not have the power to do are ban people and check for prop blocked pronters and things like that. When it comes to a rule breaker or rule breakers there is no reason you can't handle it with your current moderator powers. Yes it's nice to have no clip and to be able to phys-gun players and spectate players but those are just added features not necessary features you need to handle rule breakers. For the why I should be promoted you should put reasons why you should be trusted with the rank and why you have earned it and things like that. No one "needs" the admin rank to handle rule breakers as many mods seem to think because you have plenty sufficient ways to handle any situation regarding rule breakers.
