I'm the 3rd most active player on Server 2. sadly I'm not often on Server 1, I dont like the Map and its often lagging for me.
The main reason when I come online is to roleplay, which is hard to do for me on Server 1, so I prefer playing on Server 2.

This is my Application to become an SSRP Admin for ZARP.

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin.

When I became a moderator I was really happy. First I was scared of handling F1's alone without any help, but after a few F1's I already forgot that

I became more mature and calm in my moderator time. I think that my experience is enough to become an Admin already.
I still enjoy helping people in F1's, I want to help keeping the Server clean from rulebreaks/rulebreakers.
Mostly I tried to explain in F1's what the player has done wrong.
I learned alot in the time I was a moderator. Being calm and mature, roleplay & helping people at the same time.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work arround.
I was handling a few F1's where I had to call an Admin to help me handle it, for example: A guy is Mass RDM'ing and left when I tp'd him, so the Admin had to ban him for me.
That already happend a few times, also it is sometimes a hard time for mods. for example, you handle a F1 about Mass RDM, you go on a roof and tp the "RDM'ing " player to you.
He turns arround and kills you. The only thing you can do about it (if you are the only staff member online) is to warn/ kick him.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp.

Explain how you would handle the following situation.
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban.
How would your response to the appeal be?

First I would try to contact Player x . I would talk to him to make sure he really wants to playing without breaking anymore rules.
I would change his Permanent ban into a 1 week ban. When I see him ingame after this week I would try to spectate his actions from time to time.
Just to make sure he deserves his second chance and doesnt abuse it.

Why I should be promoted.

I deal with every F1 as fast as its possibly. I take everyones situation serious and try to take all time needed to handle it correctly.
Sometimes its difficult but I'm trying my best !
Many people are sayin that but I'm honest, I'm always calm and mature in F1's. ( usually everytime but especially in F1's )
The powers of Mods are limited and I'm facing alot rulebreakers which are hard to handle especially when there is no higher staff member online.
I've been Moderator since a quite long time now and decided to make an Application to become an Admin which would make some F1's alot easier.
Next to these benefits I`m really jealous of No-Clip. haha

Well, I think it's really unfair that rulebreakers wont get punished immediatly , only because there is no higher staff member arround.
When I become an Admin the Server and I will benefit from it, because I would be able to handle all F1's by myself immediately without asking for help.
I'm looking forward to use my Admin powers correctly.

When I look at my Application, I think its a bit short but I'm not really good at this. I'm sure I am ready to become an Admin and will get accepted!

[spoiler]Hello ... and congratulation on becoming a staff member of Zarp !
I will explain you the commands and how to use them correctly.

The basic commands , which you need to use mostly are:

[b][u]Warnings.[/u][/b]
type /warn <Steam ID>  <Reason> to warn a player.
Use this if someone broke a rule.

[b][u]Teleport[/u][/b]
type /tp <name> to teleport a player to the location you are looking at.

[b][u]Back[/u][/b]
type /back <name> to teleport the player back to his last position.

[b][u]Goto[/u][/b]
type /goto <name> to goto a player ( teleport to him).

[b][u]Freeze[/u][/b]
Go to your TAB Menu, go to the players profile and click on freeze and the time.
You can also type /freeze <name>  <time>

[b][u]Unwarn[/u][/b]
If you accidently warned someone you can unwarn him again.
Type /unwarn <name or steam id>

Now some more commands which are used more rarely.

[b][u]Bring[/u][/b]
type /bring <name> to bring a player to your location. This is rarely used because its not possible to use /back to teleport the player back to their last position.

[b][u]Slay[/u][/b]
type /slay <name> to slay the player !
Use this if you need to slay someone. For example, you are building for a TDM Event and someone managed to sneak into your base.
You cant get out easily to tp the player and he refuses to leave. Instead of kicking you could slay him.

[b][u]Kick[/u][/b]
type /kick <name> to kick a player.
In my opinion this is more rarely used. for example: You're hosting a TDM Event, Citizens vs Hobos.
You give them all Pistols as weapons. While your event someone pulls out a shotgun and start killing everyone.
You use /kick to get him out quickly so your event can still continue. ( If needed you can still warn him if he comes online again.)

You may need some practise to use them correctly. By the time you will learn these command and be able to use them without thinking at all.
It's all about experience. You can bind some commands to make it more easy and faster.
For example you can bind your TP command to teleport yourself quickly.
Open your console and type :  bind key t "say /tp <own Steam ID>    . Now you only have to aim with your mouse and click T to teleport yourself.
