Time doesn't matter , what matters is how he's capable of doing stuff , and if he's ready for this rank , in my opinion Lisol used to be a great S-Admin before i resigned , and he got s-admin in like 2 weeks , we got a guy in DarkRP who haven't attended his first meeting ( he now attends meetings ) and got accepted for Admin in one week , why ? because he was one of the best , hardworking mod there is , if Lisol is the same then he deserves admin , i even checked your game tracker and you seem decently active
