What did the Staff Member(s) do?:
false warned someone, I tried to explain him why it was false warn and he started raging and refused to unwarn that person. I tp'd Brother Gamer Guy (Admin) to say his Opinion because he was also basing with the guy who got warned.
He knew that the base is completely legal. Brother Gamer Guy asked him to calm down but he didnt at all.
Then he said in /ooc that I would not know the Rules of the Server, which offended me.
What server(s) was this on?:

Proof Provided by Brother Gamer Guy. Johnny Smith & Zer0nix can confirm that the base is legal.
I don't think a Moderator should act like this.
