ZARP is a community which aims to offer a place for people to play, and as such, to keep that play fair and fun for everyone, we offer the opportunity for volunteers to help staff them. But by no means are we here to help people have power, and that's why if the people who are supposed to help in our goal to provide an enjoyable gaming environment aren't actually here to do that - they will often lose their rank, as they can't help us to do so. We haven't kicked Wonderley from the community, just the staff team, and he is welcome to reapply for staff as soon as he is ready.

He claimed that you wouldn't care about the demotion, and that it was our decision - typically, such circumstances would warrant leniency on an inactivity demotion, but not when no commitment is shown at all. At least 2 weeks have now elapsed since your demotion, and during that time he hadn't lifted a finger until now to tell us about the concern.
