I haven't been online in some time, and I don't know you in-game or out-game so I won't give a verdict. I chose to reply though, so I can leave some tips for you to improve your application and hopefully get that moderator position.

• Avoid using underlines and colors, go for the old black and white or go with subtle colors.
• Try to shorten your sentences, you could use punctuation for this.
• Avoid using pictures, unless they blend in really well with your application and its style.
• Try to use more than 1 word when you answer one of the questions
  (From your app: "Age: 13", try doing next time: "Age: I'm 13 years old")
• And last but not least, let a machine or person check your grammar and how you've build up your sentences.
