Personally, I think you have followed the moderator template very well, which shows that you have taken your time in creating your application.
However, like other administrators have said, your game time is extremely low which suggests that you're not dedicated to the server.

For advice, try and to improve your game time in the next couple of
weeks, so it can be reasonable for other adminstrators to back you up for moderator.

At the moment, I'll give you a -Support but if there is major improvement in the next couple of weeks of game time, then I'll rethink about my decision.
