How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: If a player disrespects a member of the staff or another player i will issue a verbal warning and tell him if he carries on i will give him a warning using the warning system, If the player still continues i will kick the player from the server.

Why I should be chosen: I have been staff before in this wonderful community before but was unfortunately demoted because i didn't spend enough time on the server but i have recently got back into the server and realised how fun it was to be on the server. Now i believe i should be chosen to be a Moderator because i have a full understanding of the rules, I help players when he/she ask questions such as "How do i turn off the music?" and "How do i get thirdperson?", I will do the obvious and stop members of the community who are not following the rules and guide them to becoming better people (Although i tried, I still couldn't help Menendez.) I am a mature guy with past experience of being staff so i will be able to stop rule breakers and microphone spammers from ruining other players time on our servers and thats why i believe i should be chosen for Moderator.
