This happend to me aswell so i changed my modells settings to high but said that was not working so i recommend fixing the games files throu steam if you know how if you dont then watch this.
remember doing this will not harm your game in enyway but what ever happens then i dont take the blame ok. vuz i did this and all my settings got restored but that i fixed. just a little heads upp.
