My feedback!

Server time: 2/10: 6 hours? More time is definitely needed, for experience and to get to know the community.
Rule explanations: 1/10: Your NLR explanation doesn't even barely explain the rule.
Rule scenarios:2/10: Again; you barely explained the scenarios
Matureness: ?: Never met you in game; so I don't know.

Overall opinion of you:I think you should reapply in a week or two, better yet a month because you're barely scratching the surface on rule explanations, scenarios etc. And I think you need a bit more experience before getting moderator.
