How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
I would deal with a disrespectful player by gagging and muting him if he proceeds with racism, disrespectful to others content. If the player continues when the map changes or comes back right when gagged and muted, I would call a higher staff member on steam chat as I basically have everyone on friend's list. But before performing this action, I will at least try to resolve the situation.

Why I should be chosen:
I should be chosen, because I understand the commands completely. I basically know everyone on the deathrun server as I spent all my GMOD hours on it and technically can be considered my first official community GMOD server and never joined another gaming community. I did play Prop Hunt before and met great people there too, but that's another story. I am friendly to all and have a laugh always and can switch moods. Back when I started moderator about 4-5 months ago, I wasn't confident enough and will admit it, but after about 2 months when I believe become admin, I became very confident with dealing situations and such.

I know this is a bit mingy posting an application right on the day of the meeting, but I only saw EMP's and DCX's comment on my phone at night and couldn't really make the application on the phone as typing is painful.

Also thanks for the support on my invalid demotion appeal, means a lot to me!
You can see that I changed very throughout my involvement with ZARP as looking back through my old application is a mess.
