DCX does not require evidence to prove he was correct in what he was doing, he is innocent until proven guilty.

So what, now most Countries in the world are cronyistic. All staff are Innocent until proven guilty with enough evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt they abused their powers. This is Identical to MOST counties court systems for Criminal cases.
