No. This isn't banter. This is a case of your 'super admin' assuming an attitude of superiority. As though he's better than anybody else who plays the game. As though he's some infallible machine that can do no wrong. The fact is, he was speaking in a very offhand manner and then proceeded to ban under made up rules when I'd become fed up of being talked down to.
