Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.

(players X and Y)
Random Death Match is for example, If player Y walking on the sidewalk, and player X comes up and shoots him without a reason, or not robbing him, just for his own entertainment, it goes as RDM

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule is when a player is killed is a certain area, but cannot go back to that area until NLR time is up. For example, Player X is raiding player Y, during the raid player Y killes player X. Player X cannot go back to the spot he was killed at untill his NLR timer is up.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

Metagaming is basically Giving another player IC infro, either in the ooc chat or over skype teamspeak Etc. wich will benefit that player

For Example. player Y is being raided by a bunch of pepole, and he uses ooc To call for backup, he then states how many pepole and where his location is.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him,
Well, i would teleport them both to me in a location we could be alone and not disturbed by eany other players, then i would check for the console logs to see if it was the case that he did get rdmed, if i cannot see eany signs of player Y robbing player X, i would say it was a rdm, i would then give player Y a warning, if this was the first time happening,
If on the other hand it was i raid, i would bring them one at a time, and ask for what happend, where this happend Etc, if it comes out as a raid, i would notify Player x about the rules, and what the difference between RDM and raiding is

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Same steps, I will Bring both player X and Y to a secluded location where we would not be disturbed by anyone. Then i would talk to them both, one at the time,, i would hear both sides of the story then i would see if they match in eany way., If they do not match, i would ask for proff of this,
if they do not have eany proof, it's not much i can do,

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
i Would trll him that, by saying stuff like that he is breaking the rule of metagaming, if he then continues i would warn him, if then a 3rd time it happens i would kick him

I am a allround friendly guy, i have been playing gmod for quite some time now, i was running my own community like 2 years back, and i know what responsibility it comes with this rank,
im familiar with the commands and with all the addons we got on the server. i am helping new players, and players that are in need of help as much as i can now, but its only that much i can do, i see this as an opertunity to be able to do more, and help pepole even more.
i have been staff of other servers as well, and ive been pretty high ranked in some communities as. imperial-community(Staff director)
The main reason why i apply is Because, i want to help out more, gets some work of some of the other moderators and admins hands,
i will also do my best to make sure that rulebreaking, trolling Etc, is kept to the minimum.
