Im kinda suprised that nobody has yet pointed this out. But this is not something you can appeal. You left of your own freewill(and exeded the grace period we give for people to come back after resigning). So if you would like to become a staff member again you will have to re-apply for moderator. Sorry that nobody pointed this out sooner.
