Do you have any past experience in Minecraft server administration?
Actually, yes! I tried to host a minecraft server before and was an assisting Head-Admin on this one aswell.

A user AFK at the PvP line appears to be autoclicking (arm movement), how would you deal with this?
I'd first check if he is AFK (by asking him if he is) If he is AFK and seems to use an autoclicker, i would kick him.

A user has complained that a user actively PvPing at the gate is using forcefield (FF), how would you proceed with this accusation (assuming that you have a screen recorder, but no NoCheat plugin).
Well, i can check easily. I am going to him, see if he has forcefield on (try to attack him). and if he automatically punches me and doesn't loose health, he has forcefield on.

A new user joins today, but within a matter of hours has a vast supply of highly enchantable items. What is the term for this suspicion, and how do you proceed to investigate?
Well, there are really no cheat hacks, where you spawn stuff in, so my first assumption is that he uses something called XRay. XRay is a plugin that, when you press a button, you can only see the important blocks (coal, iron, diamonds..) So i would see if he is online and i am going to spectate him and see after a time, how much he mined. If it's an huge amount (like 50 diamonds in 10 minutes) i would report it to a higher ranked staff-member.

Explain why a suspicion of a fullbright ability alone doesn't necessarily suggest client side modifications are present.
Well, theres a potion for like seeing in the dark, and of course you can change the brightness in the options aswell. So it wouldn't necessarily mean that the guy uses hacks.

Well, i was Staff before and i think i first did a good job, then i just couldn't handle it anymore because i felt like i was treated unfair. But now that we have a new owner, i agree that i am very excited and want to work on the minecraft server again. It develops very fast now aswell. As i mentioned i have minecraft-staff experience, i know how to use gamemode and stuff. I can make trailers. I can work good. Even under pressure.
