I am new to the DarkRP server but have played quite a bit on it now and have enjoyed it and was about to go VIP due to the time I spend on it and wanting to support the server but there have been several occasions this week where I have seen admin abusing power or not fairly moderating situations. It has been one admin in particular - most other admins and mods I have spoken with have been very decent and accommodating especially in the earlier days of getting to grips with a new style of gameplay for me.

Tonight I followed an admin into a raid and got shot- I waited until NLR was up and was doing other things for a good amount of time- when I went back to the stairs I got killed by the guys in the base - they were then killed by someone else who came in behind me. The guys that killed me (whiny kids) then proceeded to F1 and report me - Australian Dragon spawned beside them and without talking to me warned me which banned me for an hour (earlier in the night an admin give me 3 consecutive warnings in a row for sniping back at guys who were shooting at us)

In one night I have had 2 admins warning excessively without even hearing both sides of the story- there have been a lot more reasonable mods/admins who will check logs and see what happened before acting on some whiny kids moaning after they get killed.

The other thing which confuses me is the difference between an admin playing in RP and an admin on duty - there seems to be Carte Blanche for an admin that is playing RP to hit the switch and become admin - there is a role specifically in jobs which shows that they are on the server on duty and are not in active RP. By switching to admin in the middle of an RP situation this is completely unfair and unbiased (almost like hitting god mode in the middle of an online shooter) - if playing RP they should stay in RP and have a third party admin or mod who is on duty come sort the situation rather than just switching to admin and warning/banning/freezing and been all out pig ignorant over chat. Earlier in the week I was playing as a cop and seen a wanted person beside the spawn area- when I went over to arrest him I was killed by Australian Dragon (admin playing RP) - when I respawned they were directly in front of me aiming guns so I arrested him. As soon as I did this I got zapped up to the admin area and got a massive talking down by Dragon (now in admin mode) saying now you've gone and done that I'm going to demote you, ban you from job and several other over the top things.

I spoke to another admin after who explained about the spawn area and having to move away from it due to NLR and was cool headed - I took this on board and was fine with it - there really was no need for the complete over-reaction by Aus-Dragon and I have seen this switching between RP and admin several times - surely in the name of fairness it should be either RP or admin on duty?

I voiced most of this and got told if I had an issue to post it here- since I lost out on an hour on the server I thought I may as well do that - I'd like to continue playing on what was becoming my favourite online game and would hope that these issues could be addressed or answered.
