"Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Same steps, I will Bring both player X and Y to a secluded location where we would not be disturbed by anyone. Then ask player X his side, he says player Y broke NLR . When player X is finished I will ask for player Ys part of the story. If the stories do not match , I will ask for proof from player X that player Y has broken NLR. If no proof is given no punishment will be thrown out, but i will give verbal warning to both explaining not to break NLR as it is against the rules, then send them back to where they were. On the other hand if strong proof is given that player Y broke NLR i will warn player Y for breaking NLR and give a second warning if necessary."
Ok... In the scenerio above, everything looks good until you ask for PROOF in a NLR situation... You have logs, which give times of death. So if Y broke NLR to kill x, then logs would say that y was killed at this time, then if under 3 min, y kills x, then boom! there is your proof.
I have also had some issues with Leeroy in the past, yet i will say he has gotten better... not much though, but better..
