I would like to thank you for putting effort to prepare report about hacking, however you need to use correct template available here:

Name - (What is the accused person's name?)
Steam-ID - (What is the accused person's Steam-ID?)
Evidence of Steam-ID - (Screenshot or video of the accused players Steam-ID)
Server - (What server was this on?)
Rank - (What is the accused person's rank?)
Reason - (What rules did the person break?)
Story - (What happened?)
Proof - (Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened.)
Time and date (CET) - (When did it happend?)
Other comments - (Anything else you want to add?)

You may also change subjects topic to [SSRP] Hacking Report or something similar but you need SSRP in square brackets.
You can do this both things after clicking EDIT button in left bottom of your post.

I will take care of it to being moved to correct section.
