Your example of the player breaking NLR escalated very quickily, The server has a system when a player obtains their third warning, they are kicked through the server. You say you would issue one warning, then proceed to a ban straight away without anything in-between? Perhaps that could be a bit harsh?
You seem to have a few grammatical errors which could easily be fixed throughout your application, as well as a few sentences which do not make much sense. I feel this highlights that in the game, you might struggle should you have to type to a player rather than using a microphone.

On the other hand, I do know you within the game and feel you do create a bond with players and in the majority of cases know right from wrong. You have broken a few rules but I feel that if you do break a rule, you refrain from doing it again in the future.

Even with the amount of negatives I felt I could find in your application I feel if you take them on-board you will be well on your way.
