How do you feel your current activity will translate into you being able to be on frequently to evaluate hang-arounds and prospects?
I am on very frequently and I pay close attention to all players on the server on a regular basis, I will be able to pay attention to the Hang-arounds and prospects nearly all the time I will see them on the server and will watch closely on their behaviour.

What are the things you will be looking for in people when recruiting new members into the gang?
I will be looking closely on activity and loyalty as many players may just want to join for the gang upgrades and after a few days never return to the server. Some people also like to switch gangs on a regular basis and I will not consider recruiting them if I see them doing this. I will also make sure they treat other gang members and allies with respect, especially when it comes to higher ranking members.

With the recruiter rank comes a lot of responsibility and requires you to be very mature. How do you feel your personality will fit into this role?
I am very mature, no one will think that I am one to mess around in serious matters. I come across as friendly but strict so I will help people out who need it and punish people who deserve it. I'm not biased, I am not going to go against people who have done wrong to me or my friends in the past for no valid reason. I will treat everyone the same as I would like to be treated.
