Find some solid proof on alt accounts, not things such as a GMT time. As far as I know people have signed up for Zarp to vote, but each and every account is not an alt account of one of the current members. Just people who signed up and wanted to place their vote. Not everybody playing on the ZARP servers has a Zarpgaming forum account, so they just made one because they wanted their vote to be heard too.
