Ryan did not say anything on mic and never asked Chester to remove it at all (Just checked the proof sorry about that) I said I will get a SA to blacklist it when ever I see one + only Ryan's car was on the road. How it went was Chester spawned it in Ryan just looked at the prop so Chester deletes the prop and says "sorry" as seen in the proof then he spawns it again and says "I Think This Should Be Blacklisted" and straight after he says that Ryan gets out his car again and takes Chester up to the hospital roof and warns him. To me I think Ryan should have listened more and said to Chester ok I will get a SA to black list this thanks for your help but in stead he just warns him.

Sorry for the Edit I needed to make some changes i have looked at the proof and it Ryan dosent tell Chester to remove the prop at all.
