The proof shows that you warned him directly after him spawning the prop again. It also doesn't show that you said anything in chat Ryan... A moderator said the he was going to get an SA to blacklist it? You are an Admin so you should do that, a user was trying to report a mingy prop to you so you can get someone to blacklist it, not to ignore him and warn him for Propblock...
