I have know Hampered for some time now and he has come a long way in his knowledge of the rules of ZARP. He is active on both servers, has a wonderful personality and is EXTREMELY helpful to the staff on server. I have even tested hiim myself a couple times, asking his opinion on a F1 situation, to see what he would say, and his answers are always smooth and logical.

He is a good sport and i feel will be a wonderful addition to the ZARP Team!!!
