You literally just said that you never got the chance to meet Olu, then why are you instantly assuming that she took moderator as a game? I've spent decent time with Olu in-game, and I can tell you that she is one of the most dedicated moderators I've seen around here, when Olu was on the server, she'd always help with F1's, and would never leave an F1 just hanging in there without handling it, and sometimes go for hours working on F1's nonstop, let alone answering players questions, being helpful in OOC, and respected by almost every player on the server.

And trust me, if Olu decided to apply in another few months, she'll most likely be welcomed in open arms by the staff team due to her amazing dedication to the server, even if it was only for a month, quality over quantity bud.
