How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: If there was a player in the lobby that was mic spamming or chat spamming i would Gag/Mute and that would be followed by a warn. if a user was abusing the rules in any way listed on !motd i would slay him then warn him for the rule he broke. just to add if someone was AFK for 3 or 4 round i would slay him then kick him for AFK several rounds.

Why I should be chosen as a Moderator?: I think I should be chosen as a moderator because I think I am a nice guys towards staff and other players in general. Im sure that I will perform well under pressure/stress. my last moderator app was a scramble (I Got DENIED) . I am a friendly guy who likes fun and jokes; But i will also take this role very seriously, as it is an important role. If I get denied this time thats cool as I was cool about it last time; so don't be pressured by what decisions u make it is entirely your choice. When I am in lobbies and I see an abuser I cant do anything about this I feel just so weak that I cant resolve this situation. I have now played on this server for about 90 hours and donated so I could be a V.I.P so I think that proves I truly love this gaming network; and I have learnt recently that if someone annoy's you and just gives you an unpleasant time u just think Hater's going to hate. in general I am a very nice guy and I will never change the way I am so just take me as I am . a few staff members still don't know the real me yet. Lastly the Zarp gaming network community was a way to just chill my brain and get on with some Death run.I would like to add that I used to rage a lot and i endlessly swore so one day I realized that I had to change my attitude, reaction to other players and most importantly my first impressions; so I changed I cant remember the last time I swore. Lastly i really hope I get this role of a Mod but if I don't I will be applying again anyway.I have definitely worked on my game time this week I haven't been disrespectful too one player all week and also have learnt all the rules very well I understand all of of them and I have definitely improved my maturity I have improved a lot this week I think that i have put a lot of effort into my game time too I have also started using my mic for faster communication and it is definitely more direct and verbal . I truly am in love with this server and I will definitely not get bored of it anytime soon
