first of all I'm sorry for my bad english

Story - (What happened?) It started that Johnny Smith started raiding me, after some time he started raiding me everyday and everytime when I'm basing. He started to make a joke about it and when I came online he said anything like :" Nex build your base quick, I'm waiting with my new Milkor" . That's okay at that point, if he want he can raid me everytime, sometimes it might be even fun to get raided. But here's the point: everytime when I finished making a base or just spawning one , it always takes arround 10-15 minutes for him to find my base. Well, that could be when I'm at public places, but I based in a Garden, in the Underground, in public places and I had even a base UNDER WATER with almost invisible props if you look from above on it! When he found me underwater he said he saw me building when he where at the bank. I believed him at first but he keeps finding me just " everywhere" and I don't think that's possible without abusing Admin rights . I have no proofs yet, and I also have no Idea how I should be able to proof it. cauz I can't take screenshots of him standing in front of my base, that's no proof. I hope you guys understand what I'm trying to say! ( sorry for my long story)
