Explain griefing and give 2 examples. Griefing can be when a player unbolts/nails another players prop and moves it, stands in the way of a prop, or nails them in the wrong location.

How should barricading be organized between the people?: They should split into groups, with each group barricading one entrance, with turrets placed covering one or two entrances

Why I should be chosen?: I have previous experience as an owner of a server for 3 months, which I will be starting up soon, also, I am a regualr player on Zarp Gaming Zombie Survival and sometimes Jailbreak, therefore, I know the rules, commands and appropriate punishments. Also, I rarely see staff online, and many people do get away with breaking rules such as micspam, griefing, and trolling, which gets very frustrating for other players. I generally try to spend at least an hour a day on Zombie Survival, if not more. Rule breaking is becoming more prominent with people micspamming at least once every match. I have never seen a staff abuse, but one staff at a time very rarely manages to sort all rule breakers, and people are leaving because of this.
