How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: If i was in a lobby and there was someone disrespecting the servers rules i would firstly slay him then i would warn him; if he broke the rules twice i would warn him again, if he/she was breaking the rules verbally via mic i would Gag/Mute him/her then i would kick him for Rule Abusing, And if he joined back in and started disrespecting me for my decisions i would get an admin to ban him for Abuse of several rules.

Why I should be chosen as a Moderator?: I think i should be chosen as a moderator because i think i am a very inspirational person because in life everyone make mistakes like swearing, back chat.... but i think in life everyone should be given a 2nd chance to show the real person they actually are. When i am in a game with several people and there are no staff online or on that particular server; ALL the time there is at least 1 person abusing the rules and/or being horrible to another player; so when i am behind this situation i just feel so weak, i get that feeling that i cant resolve this problem. I am a kind honest person that listens to everyones point they try to get out to me. I also am a very tolerant dude that has massive potential to be a Moderator. if i get this roll; as a Moderator i will take it very seriously and also have a few jokes too because thats just the real me . Finally this is the only server i have logged on to for at least 2 hours so this is by far my favorite server and i will be coming on it more and more if i get this big benefit of being a Moderator. Also i would like to add when i first came on this server i swore i got warned about 3 times and i just had to change so i changed my name to Jellybeans on steam for a few days to just show some staff members how smart and kind i am; then i changed it back j.astfalck and asked them do you know jellybeans they said 'yes' i said it was me and i got a very surprised reaction because i was different,nice,kind,caring as jellybeans so sparkled out that the real me was a awesome dude . so i hope u take my truthful words into account.
