Reading over your answers I see that you would be using the logs a lot to punish people the logs are not always the truth. If player X got killed during a /mug and player Y said he rdm'ed him Yes the logs would show player Y killed player X but for a reason. You should go in to more detail when asking what the issue is and really looking in obtaining proof. You answer about NLR you said that you would ask them for a screenshot to see if they had a NLR timer on but what happens if they just died somewhere else by someone else? They would still have an NLR timer and then you would of warned them. The moral of the story is to use communication skills common sense and your initiative don't always depend on the logs, the logs are just a tool to help you.
