Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match aka RDM means situation where player kills other player for no reason.
Example: Player 1 and Player 2 are walking at the street. Player 2 shoots the other player in the head just for fun.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule means the time when you cant go back to the place where you died or close to it. NLR takes 3 minutes.
Example: Player 1 gets raided by Player 2 and Player 1 comes back before the 3 minute NLR time is over, from behind to defend his base

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
It means using OOC for benefits like telling people that getting raided or for example if someone has unprotected nuclear printer telling everyone about it.
Example: Player 1 says that he saw someone's door and asks people to raid him with himself.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would take the players to a rooftop for a conversation, where i would first ask the killer what happened and check the logs if it was a mug or something. I would ask for details like where it happened and so. If there's nothing in the logs i ask for proof and if they don't have it i ask to get it next time and i would keep watch on the killer for more RDM:s.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
At first i would try to see him break the NLR, and then i would take them for conversation in the roof asking for details. I would also look for blood and more information in logs. If i get enough proof or information i would warn him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided:
I would tell him to not use OOC for benefits and to use PM for this kind of situation. If he would continue i would take him to a rooftop and tell him to stop it and if he still keeps doing it i'd warn him.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).: I speak English well and can handle situations in Finnish too (there are active Finnish people on the server). I have a lot of time to moderate the server (i'm really active at server 2). I'm helpful person and i'm not a hardcore rule breaker (have had few warnings and have learnt from those). I wake up early in the morning to play Zarp and play almost whole day, and all time moderator would be good add-on for server 2. I feel like i'm mature enough for the job since there are pretty much every kind of moderators in the server. I would also totally concentrate on moderating when there aren't other people doing F1:s and even when there are other people doing F1's.
