I was having a quick look over your application and seen your answer about RDM, You said that you would warn them both but where would the proof be? I can tell you now that most people that get pulled for RDM will say the other person RDM'ed them first which always isn't true. They could of been raiding their base so it would show he killed him first and now he just got warned for no reliable reason and for something that might of not been true.
I recommend having another look over your application and really take in to consideration that the logs are not always valid proof of everything. I will finish looking over your app later tonight. Good Luck!
