How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
To start I would tell the player to stop being disrespectful and tell them they would get a warning if they carried on. If they did, then I'd give them the warning. If they still continued, then I'd kick them, and if they re-joined and continued then I'd contact a (S)Admin on Steam chat to ask for a SteamID ban.
Why I should be chosen
I have previously been a moderator on the ZARP Deathrun servers, the only reason for me being demoted (like many others, I believe) was inactivity. That was mainly because I was on holidays during the Summer, as well as being more interested in other games. However, I'm now back at school and I'm starting to get back into Deathrun, so decided to re-apply.
I have plenty of game time on both servers, I still know the rules well, and I know many of the (ex-)mods, admins and s-admins from when I was last a moderator, so working together with them would be fun, easy and just like old times.
