Wacky, in all honesty, if you really want this role, first of all, this application has been denied 7 times now, maybe you'd want to rewrite it, even though copying and pasting is fine, rewriting a new one shows a better level of dedication and proves that you are trying your best to get this role, second of all, you've been reapplying every week, every single week, you just copy this application and paste it, this won't get you anywhere, last but not least, your activity is very, very, low this whole month, you were only online for 10 hours on both servers combined, maybe even <strong>lesser</strong> than that, in my opinion, leave this one, and don't reapply for at least 2 weeks, improve your activity, improve your maturity, do as much F1's as possible, then, reapply, of course rewrite a new application, this should at least improve your chances of being accepted.
