Hello Zan,
Before I start giving you my feedback, I would like to thank you for making one of the best admin applications, that I've seen. You have made a very..very professional application, that is worthy of a + support before even writing my feedback. Unfortunately, I can not do that, since I have to treat you like the rest and judge you fairly on everything and not just your application.

Hello, I'm replying to this Staff Application that you made, because I would like to give my feedback/opinion. This template that I've designed includes everything I need to judge you about organized properly for easy reading. I do not mean/intend to offend you in my feedback and I hope that all my criticism and compliments will be taken into consideration. If you find anything I say to be harsh or useless you can report it to me by adding me on steam.
In the first part of my feedback, I'll be judging you based on the info/design found in your application as well as, your time and activity on both servers. Note: No matter our current relation, friends or rivals, I will judge you equally.
Activity: + Support
Time on both servers: + Support
Application's Format: + Support

Explanation of my verdicts in Part 1: To start off, you linked 3 inactive gametracker accounts,for the time so I won't talk about that, what I want to talk about is the active one. I can see that you give ZARP 3-4 hours of your day, so thats more than enough. Moreover, I think 8000 min (133 hours), is more than enough for you to have achieved experience needed to become an admin; considering, others getting accepted with a lot less time.
Your app looks well worked on, too well if you ask me, but I don't mind that since, I think you should be serious when it comes to Moderator and Admin applications. Last but not least, you explained everything correctly, in my opinion and you even added the Admin keypad cracker and the F1 system in the moderator training email, where everyone seems to ignore my comment about it.
In this part of my feedback, I'll be determining my notion over my past experience with you. Note: If I don't know you enough I will simply keep my judgement Neutral and will not consider other players/staff's opinion unless the meeting is 6 hours due. In addition to that, I want to note to that, in the F1 Situation section, I will deduce my verdict by considering how you perform during an F1 Situation.
F1 Situations: Neutral

Matureness: Neutral
Knowledge of rules: Neutral
Explanation of my verdicts in Part 2: I do not know you much, so I will not judge you on this part, for now.
This section will affect a very small part of my opinion and will be counted as only one when calculating the result of my verdicts. Note: This part will be edited before the meeting.

Summary of my opinion: Due to having the + Support exceed the amount of - Supports , I will give you a + Support . Note: My opinion is inconsistent until September 6, 2014. Thanks for applying and Good luck!

I would like to inform you about how I count verdicts I place in each section from now on. Neutrals are not counted, a - Support and a + Support cancel each other.
