How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: When a player calls another player (or a staff member) something like a dick or bitch I'd give them a verbal warning, as it is disrespectful towards the other person but not really bad. If they continue calling this person such things or the situation get worsened the person can risk getting an official warning. If they still continue on this path they'll get gagged/muted and kicked from the server for a certain amount of time and the said person will also get reported to the rest of the staff members so they can keep an eye on him/her aswell.

Why I should be chosen: I am active on both server 1 and 2 (I tend to hop from server to server) and I'm player friendly, meaning I respect others and will not try to insult them or hurt them in any way. I will not abuse the moderator powers if granted to me and will only use them when necessary. I have experience with moderating on other places, so I know what to do and what not to do. If there are disrespectful players, trap spammers, button thieves and so on I will try my best to remove them from the server. Currently if something were to happen I just report it to other mods. I will also try my best to make this experience enjoyable for new players and old players, helping those who need help.
