Your time on the servers are more than enough to help you achieve moderator. Although, your activity isn't enough, please work on that.

Application Info & Design.
Although, blocked explained the scenarios, I can see that you didn't understand his explanation so I will explain again. We've asked of you to type down a scenario of how this rule is broken and NOT how to deal with it. I'll give an example for the metagaming rule, but this applies for the RDM and NLR rules and nothing else.
Metagaming: (OOC)Jake: We are being raided at the mansions, help!
(OOC)Time: On my way!
In this scenario both of them broke the Metagaming rule.
I've also noticed that you rushed in the second part, please work on that and use a bit of more bbcode in the second part to make it more visible/readable.

My opinion about you
I've never seen/noticed you on the server, so I can't be sure of how you behave, if you are mature, knowledgeable of the rules and have a good personality.
