And for the disrespecting part, I'm sure you will learn more, but like you must've meant; first give (a) verbal warning(s) depending on the situation, after 3 warnings (assuming they are active) you kick the player for a reason of 3 active warnings. If he joins back and still manages to get a warning you ask a higher rank staff member to ban him.
