The correct explanation would be(do not copy this word by word): The New Life Rule, also knows as NLR, is a rule that states: After death, you are to forget your past, which includes your killer, how you died and why. Moreover, the rule states that you are to stay away from the area of your death until the count down of 3 min on the top of your screen, is over. You haven't used a single bbcode to try and make the app more appealing to the eye; if you don't know how to use bbcode, the Boardcode can help.

I've never seen/noticed you on the server, so I can't be sure of how you behave, if you are mature, knowledgeable of the rules and have a good personality.
