Now, rulebreaking is something I take seriously when someone is applying for moderator. As Hadouk3n said, he has had to deal with you recently. I think you may be Ble to improve your NLR answer. And me and Morgan think you should get more well known in the community.
But I am going to rate you, and my decision may change before the meeting.
