Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. - Random Death Match (RDM) is when someone kills another player without a reason.
Example - Bob is normally walking in the street when Alex shows up and says hi to Bob, Bob takes out his gun and kills Alex without a reason. Bob RDM'd Alex

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. - New Life Rule (NLR) is, if you die, in any scenario, you have a new life and you can't go to the place you died in the next 3 minutes, otherwise you will be Breaking NLR and that is against the rules
Example - Bob is raiding a base, when suddenly Alex kills him, When Bob respawns, he goes back to the base to try and raid it again, that is Breaking NLR. Bob broke NLR

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. - Metagaming (MG) is when you use Out Of Character (OOC) information when your character is not supposed to know of or use IC information in OOC chat
Example - Bob is getting raided and uses the OOC chat to ask for help from his Gang Members. Bob is Metagaming

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
What I would do: I would teleport player x to a calm place since he was the one making the report and I would ask him what happened, if that story could match RDM, I would tell him to wait and I would talk to player y, if the stories matched I would make a decision depending on the stories, if the stories were different I would ask for proof (Videos, Screenshots) If they had none, there was nothing I could do, If he had proof, I would look at them and then I would make a decision.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
What I would do: I would teleport Player x to a calm place to talk to him and ask him about what happened, when he ends his story and I think the story is really a rule breaking, I would then teleport Player y and ask for him about his story, if the stories matched, I would make a decision depending on the stories, if it was Breaking NLR or not, if the stories were different I would ask for proof (Videos, Screenshots), If he had proof I would look at it and make a decision, if not I could do nothing.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
What I would do: I would talk privately to Player x and tell him that he was Metagaming, and I would explain what Metagaming was and tell him to read the rules, and for last I would tell him that if I see him breaking any rule again I would give him a warning (/warn)

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words). - First of all thanks for reading the app and try to give me a chance, I should be chosen because there is nothing worse than rule breakers, rule breakers are the worst thing that you can find when playing, they will ruin your experience, and I hate that, I want to make this server a better place to play on, where you can join, have fun with your friends and meet new people.
I have made my mistakes, and broke rules when I was a newbie, but that has happened to all of us I think, I want to help new people on the server, improve the experience of DarkRP, and being a moderator would allow me to do this in a bigger scale! I am addicted to this server and I am sure not going to disappoint you! Have a nice day and I am sure going to try again if I am not accepted
