Although, you've made the application simple, and readable you've also made it short. I would appreciate if you explained each rule asked, in more details and with better scenarios. If you need examples, you can always check other apps.

My opinion about you
I've seen you on the server quite a few times, spectated you, and watch you in an F1. You are calm, serious when needed and friendly. I think you'll do a great job, since I've never seen you break a rule.
