First of all I would like to thank you for filling out the template with the correct information needed, I took a look at both you and Hard Harper's screenshots and they obviously show Hard Harper was propblocking his printers to have an advantage over other players. Hard, you said you had a keypad connected to it but none of your pictures prove you did. About 5 minutes after you replied to this topic I went on the server to check whether you had a keypad connected to it or not, however, I wasn't able to as you removed the container. Also, like jlbryne stated you can not have hidden keypads which you said you did.
