I'm just going to summarize my long feedback into a few sentences, along with my verdict.
Your gametrack shows that you are active and have great playtime on both servers. Your application looks good but you should explain the Keypad Checker and the F1 system in the email that you wrote. Moreover, you are very friendly, kind and a mature person who knows all the rules and applies them while handeling F1s and Rping. To wrap up, jlbyrne23 + supported your app.

Hello, I'm replying to this Staff Application that you made, because I would like to give my feedback/opinion. This template that I've designed includes everything I need to judge you about organized properly for easy reading. I do not mean/intend to offend you in my feedback and I hope that all my criticism and compliments will be taken into consideration. Explanation of my verdicts in Part 1: Well, I can't argue with the fact that you are a very active and dedicated member to ZARP which explains why you have around 355 hours of play time. Your application looks good, you bolded the questions etc..
Last but not least, I gave you a Neutral on the Apllication info because you did a very common mistake, which is forgetting to add an explanation of the Admin Keypad Checker and the F1 system in the email. Remember, you need to include everything that you were taught when you got your training.




In this part of my feedback, I'll be determining my notion over my past experience with you. Note: If I don't know you enough I will simply keep my judgement Neutral and will not consider other players/staff's opinion unless the meeting is 6 hours due. In addition to that, I want to note to that, in the F1 Situation section, I will deduce my verdict by considering how you perform during an F1 Situation.

Explanation of my verdicts in Part 2: I've had the chance to spectate you while doing an F1 many times, and I have to say, you did a very good job in completing each and everyone of them. I've also had the pleasure of meeting you and getting to know how good, friendly, kind and mature you are. Last but not least, I've never seen you break any rules on the server so it is safe to say that you know the rules.


This section will affect a very small part of my opinion and will be counted as only one when calulating the result of my verdicts. Note: This part will be edited before the meeting.
